My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Events Production Manager to join their team. As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for managing live events with budgets of $1M+ across different locations within Texas.

- Offers special effects services including lasers, confetti, and sound, light, and video solutions.
- Presence across multiple U.S. locations including Dallas, California, Atlanta, and San Antonio.
- Started off as 8 employees and has now grown to 3,600 people and emphasizes a strong culture and growth mindset.
- Values enthusiastic individuals regardless of age, focusing on hunger and open-mindedness.
- Emphasizes investment in employees and client satisfaction for successful event execution.

Qualifications:
- Experience in relevant fields such as Event Management, Engineering, Technology.
- At least 5 years' proven experience working on high budgeted corporate or music live events production teams.

* Managing all aspects of large scale event productions from planning through execution including communication with stakeholders and vendors,
* Budget tracking during pre-production stage ensuring that costs remain under control throughout each phase; negotiating vendor contracts when required;
* Ensuring quality standards are met by creating detailed schedules which outline equipment setup times etc.;
* Being proactive about identifying potential risks so they can be addressed before becoming major problems.
