RieLes Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a part-time opportunity. Would you like to help members of our military? If so, RieLes Group has a rewarding contract opportunity with McConnell Air Force Base, KS
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring the Loan Closet, Airman's Attic, and Family Services Programs
- Promoting Military & Family Readiness Center events
- Maintain a current inventory of items for the lending locker, ensuring items are returned
- Work with Community Readiness Consultant to ensure loan locker items are in working condition, and replaced as needed
- Monitor the Layette Program, Teddy Bear Program, and School Supply Giveaway
- Train new volunteers who come to assist with Airman's Attic/Loan Closet
- Maintain monthly program usage reports and volunteer hours, disseminating to Community Readiness Consultant as directed
- Must have basic administrative skills (ie. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
- Must possess basic communication skills
- Must be able to lift and move up to 20lbs
