Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Greet each customer upon contact and assess their needs, offering alternative options and resolutions. Maintain a welcoming environment, actively engage, and build trust with customers to provide a personalized shopping experience.
Utilize superior sales skills to offer product knowledge in one or more sales areas, adhering to merchandise presentation standards, including arranging space on the sales floor, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring cleanliness of the assigned area.
Assist customers with price changes, special orders, online orders, and rain checks. Provide guidance on military uniform dress requirements and insignia, and assist with minor alterations as needed.
Promote the benefits of the Military Star credit card, Exchange protection plan, and other corporate programs to enhance sales growth and customer loyalty.
Operate a cash register or sales-related equipment to manage new accounts, conduct sales, refunds, or similar transactions. Ensure accuracy in payment processing and change-making.
Ensure compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations, safeguarding fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Implement loss prevention procedures and alert management of potential issues.
