The Client Care Staffing Coordinator is responsible for working with clients, patients and caregivers to coordinate the care and schedules in an efficient and professional manner. In addition, the Client Care Staffing Coordinator will provide the perfect match experience for both the client and caregiver while understanding the needs and preferences required for each individual case.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully build relationships with clients, patients and caregivers
  • Provide administrative support to management team and owners
  • Work in coordination with Recruitment and Retention team
  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients and caregivers
  • Professionally and efficiently understand care and scheduling needs
  • Maintain efficient knowledge of requirements and preferences of each case
  • Coordinate and confirm accepted assignments with both clients and caregivers
  • Coordinate training required for caregivers prior to their date of hire
  • Ensure all placements have a perfect match experience and practice standard safety practices
  • Document all client and caregiver correspondences 
  • Ensures client satisfaction by performing monthly check-ins
  • Provide debriefing on staffing shortages and needs
  • Professionally communicate with Case Managers
  • Conduct Supervisory Field visits as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of caregiver files and information

Teamwork:

  • Work cooperatively in a team environment providing feedback and updates as required.
  • Adhere to all company regulations, quality and safety standards.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Skills/Abilities:

  • AHCCCS/ALTCS knowledge preferred
  • Ability to support the lives of others in a compassionate and supportive manner.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing situations as needed.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and implement proper safety protocols and standards.
  • Ability to quickly and responsively act in emergency situations.

Education, Certification, License:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
