CalSTRS - Senior Portfolio Manager, Total Fund Management

The CalSTRS Investments Branch is seeking an experienced individual to work as a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Total Fund Management team. Under the direction of the Senior Investment Director (SID) of Total Fund Management (TFM), the Senior Portfolio Manager provides oversight and guidance in the management of a major segment of the Total Fund Management division. Assist the SID of TFM with the full range of duties associated with asset allocation, balance sheet management, and risk management consistent with established investment policies and guidelines. This position supervises TFM staff and is responsible for performing the following complex duties requiring the highest degree of independence and discretionary judgment.Department InformationCalSTRS is the largest educator-only pension fund in the world, providing retirement, disability and survivor benefits to California’s more than 1 million public school educators and their families.
