As a

Pricing Coordinator , you will be responsible for working with carriers to negotiate and set new rates and update rate tables, collaborate with the outside sales team, and maintain and expand client relations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years' experience in a pricing/quoting role is required.
Minimum 1years' experience in a freight forwarding role is preferred.
Previous experience using CargoWise One ERP system ispreferred.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel; willingness to learn Advanced functions.
Proficiency withMicrosoft Office including Outlook, Teams, andWord.
Ability to display discretion with confidential information.
Professional email and phone etiquette.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Prepare a high volume of sales quotes and email responses for potential customers.
Update internal sales system with newestrates.
Manage high volume of electronic communications with customers.
Review existing clientshipment history to identify areas of opportunity.
Support outside sales team to ensure highest level of client satisfaction.
Assist sales representatives with customer pricing and contract drafting, possibly on-site.
Salary:
$22-$28/hour dependent on transferable experienceand education level.
