Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously and work independently in order to meet the required deadlines assigned. Proficient in the use of a 10 key calculator and computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong internal and external customer service focus. Ability to work comfortably in a team environment.
