CONES Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our Administrative Team in Moline, IL. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in completing various accounting activities and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review vouchers, invoices, checks, statements, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to account inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting department.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Two-year associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of prior work experience in an office environment.
• Proficient with information technology tools and applications, including PC/Windows, Office applications, and business systems.
