Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough processing and evaluation of time records, earnings, and deductions on a weekly basis to ensure precise net pay in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve intricate payroll discrepancies.
  • Engage with employees across various levels to address payroll inquiries, provide guidance on processes, and facilitate training.
  • Foster and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, unit partners, and other departments.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in complex data interpretation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to multiple Payroll/IT software systems.
  • Positive attitude towards change and learning new skills.
  • Proficient in identifying and executing process enhancements.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and tax regulations.
  • Experience in managing confidential data.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Experience with IBM/Host applications, including TSO (Time Sharing Option) and RMDS (Report Management and Distribution System).

Educational Background:

A degree in business or accounting, or equivalent professional experience is required.


Work Schedule:

The working hours for this position are as follows:

  • Monday and Tuesday: Start time at 6:30 AM for team payroll processing.
  • Wednesday to Friday: Flexible start times.

This position requires onsite work.
