Job Summary

As a Care Coordinator at CareOasis, you will play a vital role in advising and supporting family caregivers within our organization. In this capacity, you will utilize your expertise to design personalized care plans for seniors, ensuring high-quality and compassionate support for their families.

Your responsibilities will include conducting initial site assessments, working closely with caregivers, and serving as a continual resource to help them overcome challenges they may face. Your insights and guidance will directly enhance the well-being of seniors while empowering the caregivers who provide their daily care.

We at CareOasis are working toward creating something big: reforming senior care in Ohio and across the United States. CareOasis is funded by YCombinator, the worlds top startup acceleratoralongside companies such as Airbnb and Doordash. Qualifications

We are seeking an energetic, self-driven, and innovative individual to take on this role. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with an active nursing license in Ohio.
  • Passionate about senior care, with a strong commitment to advocating for their well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and our internal team.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to quickly identify concerns, and work with all stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
  • A results-driven mind-set, ready to bring new ideas to the table and advocate for their implementation.
