About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing nursing care services, providing health education to patients, and supervising other team members. This is an excellent opportunity to use your nursing skills and experience to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Nursing Care Coordination: Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their unique needs are met and exceeded.
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional health, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Medication Management: Safely administer medications, monitor side effects, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Clinical Experience: 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting.
  • Education: Current RN licensure in the state and CPR certification.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.
