RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exceptional Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to multiple platforms in State Farm systems
  • Ability to multi-task and keep accurate records, set follow up tasks, complete tasks daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally by phone, email, texting and virtually
  • Understanding of insurance marketplace, insurance licensing is preferred.
  • Exceptional skill at setting, confirming and preparing agents for appointments
  • Exceptional technical skills: Keyboarding, operating multiple line phones system
  • Motivated by goal oriented, high energy, fast paced, team environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
