Sales and Administrative Coordinator

- Monday-Thursday
- 8 AM- 2 PM
- In office- 32 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Email Management: Handle a significant volume of emails daily, providing timely, accurate responses to maintain strong client and customer relationships.
- Business Development Support: Make outbound calls to potential clients from targeted lists, promoting our services and increasing business opportunities.
- State Business Registrations: Coordinate the registration of the business in various states, ensuring compliance with all required regulations.
- Website and Digital Presence Enhancement: Assist with website updates and efforts to strengthen our online presence.
- Bid Preparation and Submission: Prepare and send bids as required, following up with clients to support successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or business administration preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing or website development is a plus
