Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Crate and Barrel. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coach and develop sales associates to improve their sales skills and customer service abilities.
  • Partner with the Assistant Store Manager to train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, and customer service.
  • Maintain an understanding of new store initiatives and communicate changes to the team.
  • Focus on promoting and driving sales, maintaining an awareness of current product in store and not in store.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service or retail experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night.
