Position Overview: The Project Manager - Estimator is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and estimation of construction projects related to earthwork and site development. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, project management principles, and cost estimation techniques. The Project Manager-Estimator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule constraints. Estimator/Project Manager Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines. Ensure that all project activities adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
