The Position:

The Marketing Manager oversees the organization's marketing strategies, including sales support, public relations, and digital marketing. They manage online tools, vendors, and contractors, ensuring strong customer service. The role involves adapting to market changes, directing marketing efforts for business segments, and maintaining the company's brand image. The Manager collaborates with program managers, executes multi-channel campaigns, and measures campaign effectiveness. Additionally, they contribute to website updates, support organizational objectives, and collaborate with regional leaders to develop innovative services and solutions. Responsibilities include:

Sales Support

Assist with developing standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and re-purposing, including real-time implementation of content strategies. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to create, design and implement sales collateral, marketing campaigns and support field sales activities. Assist with developing and maintaining metrics to monitor, analyze and provide insights on the success of marketing and sales efforts. Use these metrics to develop and maintain best practices protocols and training for the sales team and other client-facing staff. Assess online print and merchandise stores and look for ways to improve offerings, online ordering sites, vendors, and processes for keeping items relevant and in stock. Have a regular meeting cadence with assigned business segment teams to discuss and track marketing needs and projects. Surface their needs proactively.

Media Relations

Drive media relations projects for business segments, proactively integrating them as a part of the overall marketing outreach as appropriate. Plan and coordinate marketing communications and campaigns. Collaborate with management to set and coordinate marketing planning and public relations. Oversee communication press releases, scripts and editorials.

Content Development

Manage the concepts for and development of content related to all assigned segments and services. Support the development, design, writing and editing of external and internal presentations, proposals, publications, sales and marketing collateral, emails, website content, direct marketing and media campaigns, social media and internal communications.

Digital Marketing

Provide input on digital marketing strategy. Own digital marketing metrics and KPIs, present results and recommend solutions. Oversee customer relationship management to create and increase user engagement across key digital platforms. Utilize tools to update website as needed, send eblasts, distribute social media and more. Proactively look for digital tools and processes to improve and automate marketing services to internal and external clients.

Therapeutic Program and Business Line Marketing

Help develop, manage and implement marketing programs for all therapeutic programs and business lines. Assist with collecting market data and preparing competition analysis, providing insights on the competitive landscape. Develop customer-based solutions using the company's programs and services. Maintain lists of sponsorships and associations, including fees, benefits, memberships and manage invoices.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Requirements

3 to 5 years of marketing experience working within a healthcare corporate environment. A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, media, business or English is required. MBA in Marketing preferred. Strong oral communication, writing and editing skills are required. Experience with marketing planning and analysis skills. Strong organizational skills and demonstrated leadership skills required. Strong creativity, judgment, imagination, enthusiasm and customer-service focus are desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Working knowledge of graphics software is helpful. The position requires demonstrated broad knowledge of the health care marketplace and an understanding of the influences in all markets. The Marketing Manager must be experienced in supporting service or program launches, lead generation, and utilizing traditional, online and social media strategies. Some travel is required.
