Junior Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and execute in-store AT&T campaign including but not limited to Customer Service and Sales.
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation

  • Coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the team
  • Keep up to date with client promotions
  • Manage customer acquisition and retention by effectively training team members to represent our client compliantly in-store.

New Account Managers are provided a full week of training paid at our main office in Irving by a more experienced Assistant Director through on-site training experience. This ensures they are learning each aspect of the business separately to ensure optimal success throughout the training.

Junior Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking an ASSET
  • 1 year of leadership experience • (High School Diploma required)
  • Self-motivated
  • 'Strong relationship-building skills
  • Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team
