  • Drive business development and sales results in assigned accounts.
  • Manage P&L - proven success of managing a P&L of more than $10+ million
  • Consultative selling approach to expand business.
  • Experience in managing a book of business, and hunting & farming for future businesses.
  • SPOC for the customer delivery and escalation point
  • Take active part in Pre-Sales and drive Account growth.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Hi-tech domain – required.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Accountability
