Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.)


Compensation structure is competitive base salary (+) bonuses (+) full benefits package w/ 401k.


Summary/Objective:

We are seeking an independent, self-starter to join our team at an exciting time of growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Development, the Director of Client Development will be a key contributor to our continued success in the change and project management consulting industry through the marketing, sales, account management, and delivery of consulting services and solutions.


Responsibilities:

  1. Generate and Lead New Business: Drive the expansion of client accounts by identifying opportunities and initiating strategic initiatives to grow business relationships for existing pipeline of accounts.
  2. Ensure Client Success: Take ownership of client satisfaction and success, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years business management
  • Track record of success in building long-term trusting relationships with C-level executives in complex business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and building markets and sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in solution selling in a consulting environment.
  • Ability to write proposals and implementation plans for services.
  • Experience creating and executing an effective and strategic sales plan.
  • Experience working with multiple services and variable solution opportunities.
  • Experience working in an environment of high accountability.
  • Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment.
