**Job Description:**
As a Sales Assistant, you will support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and enhancing client relationships. Your role will involve administrative tasks, client communication, and coordination of sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Schedule and organize sales meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update the sales database with client information, sales activities, and follow-up details.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
- Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is must.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OnQ, PeP, Salesforce/Delphi) is an advantage.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
