Job Overview

Position: Heavy Equipment Quarry Operator

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in the excavation, screening, and loading of premium materials. Your responsibilities will also include managing logistics and ensuring effective communication with customers regarding the delivery and collection of excavated materials on a full-time basis.

COMPENSATION

$18-$22/Hr

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Process and prepare orders received from the sales department.
  2. Excavate, screen, and load high-quality materials at the quarry.
  3. Maintain communication with the central office, transportation teams, and customers regarding order logistics.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance on all quarry equipment and liaise with the company mechanic for any specific requirements.
  5. Establish and communicate realistic production timelines to ensure timely preparation of materials for customer orders.
  6. Fulfill all necessary obligations to maintain compliance with environmental regulations.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordinate and facilitate deliveries as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience operating loaders and/or excavators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols for construction environments.
