Benthic is looking to add a highly diligent and meticulous Finance Analyst to the team. The successful candidate will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization by processing Accounts Payables, Billing, Accounts Receivables, and daily treasury operations and its reconciliation. Also supports the closing month activities interfacing with the accounting department

The successful candidate will be based in the Rio de Janeiro area.

Duties

•Account payables •Account receivables •Billing •Treasury daily operations •FX contracts •Bank reconciliation •Balance sheet reconciliation – GL Accounts related with her/his activities •Invoice issues as required by Brazil’s laws not related to billing process (importation/exportation/equipment and goods transportation) •Support on the Cash Flow Forecast preparation

Required

•Bachelor’s in Accounting •4 years’ experience in the Financial routine as AP/AR/Billing and Cash Flow management •4 years’ experience in Treasury ops processes •Knowledge in international financial transactions – Treasury operations •Knowledge in accounting •Experience with ERP system – Navision will be a plus •Strong MS Office skills •English language – intermediate level
