To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be extraordinary at multitasking and delivering solutions that move multiple projects forward toward completion. What your day-to-day will look like: Driver dispatching Communicating with customers and business partners via telephone and email Evaluating and resolving problems or issues Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Monitoring progress of delivery route completion Entry and daily reports What you’ll need to excel: At a minimum, you’ll need: One year of experience in a customer service role within a call center, answering and responding to customers, resolving problems and issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Computer skills It’d be great if you also have: A high school diploma or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Office and other business-related applications Experience in a call center environment Customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues The ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills The ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
