Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary role will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will also be responsible for dispatching vehicles on a pre-set route, ensuring that our drivers are equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Dispatch vehicles on a pre-set route, ensuring that drivers have the necessary information to provide excellent service
  • Monitor and process SFDC cases, escalating issues to supervisors as needed
  • Assist walk-in customers and provide support to drivers as needed
  • Review and update routes, new customers, and reroute existing customers as required
  • Ensure that routes are balanced daily
  • Communicate performance standards and objectives to staff
  • Conduct professional, organized, and participative meetings to keep staff informed of current problems, changes, and new developments
  • Maintain a safe and compliant workplace

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in Transportation, Logistics, Routing, and Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
