About the Job

Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling is seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent - Inside Sales Rep. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing customer HVAC needs over the phone and scheduling work appointments.

You will provide top-notch customer service while answering client inquiries, processing sales orders, and generating leads for our outside sales team. This is a phone-heavy position as you respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls.

Outgoing and friendly, you will build a rapport with clients while maintaining a sense of urgency to help solidify the close. As you speak with customers, you will promote our HVAC services and resolve any objections to set firm appointments.

You will take great pride in using your excellent customer follow-up and lead management skills to help increase our sales and bring more profits to our company

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
  • Answer client inquiries and process sales orders
  • Generate leads for our outside sales team
  • Build rapport with clients and resolve objections
  • Use customer follow-up and lead management skills to increase sales

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales or customer service role
