Description

Provides daily centralized staffing function for nursing units through monitoring, placement and updating of daily staffing worksheets. Inputs low census and absences in Kronos. Works under the direction of the House Supervisor to assure appropriate distribution of staff to nursing units including arranging for staff to support nurse unit matrices. Adhering to all labor contracts and policies. Position has high call volume and must meet all contractual deadlines.

This posting is for multiple openings for the Associate Staffing Coordinator at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. We are hiring for the following positions in the Patient Care Resource Services Department:

Associate Staffing Coordinator - part-time, 0.8 FTE, Night shift, 11:30pm-8am, 32 hours per week.

Associate Staffing Coordinator - part-time, 0.6 FTE, Night shift, 11:30pm-8am, 24 hours per week.
