Job Description

We are excited to introduce our Inside Sales Account Management team and we are looking for an Account Manager to lead the charge in identifying and expanding strategic accounts. The role of the Account Manager is to nurture and expand our existing customer base with a focus on multi-site and named accounts. Responsibilities include end-user onboarding training, web demonstrations, promoting upsells and cross-sells, and collaborating with the account executive and field teams to uncover growth opportunities. We are seeking highly motivated and driven sales professionals looking to grow their careers while working as part of a dynamic team. We champion those who bring their best to the team every day and come with their sleeves rolled up.

What You’ll Do

Manage specified existing end user accounts to ensure client satisfaction and to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Drive revenue through expansion of multi-site accounts, providing consistent client service and satisfaction across locations. Build and maintain relationships with end users to understand their needs and provide solutions. Conduct meetings with end users including product demonstrations, onboarding training, and product updates. Understand and monitor product usage to encourage sticky feature adoption. Strategically work with Account Executives to uncover new opportunities and to understand region specific insight. Utilize SalesForce to maintain and update leads/accounts, opportunity pipeline, tasks, and log customer activity. Be a liaison between customers and other departments, gathering feedback and addressing any issues or concerns to maintain strong relationships and promote product improvements.

We’re Looking For Someone With

EDUCATION: BA/BS preferred EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years, SaaS sales experience Possess a strong phone presence and superior communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal).Perseverant; works hard and handles objections well Thrives in a competitive team-oriented environment Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo is preferred Strong organization and administration skills Professional, friendly and positive disposition Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Commitment to company vision, mission and values Willing and able to contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Energetic, eager to learn, can-do attitude

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of SaaS sales or 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
