This group will be responsible for selling new Season Ticket Memberships, Mini Plans, Group Tickets, and Single Game Suites Rentals at SoFi Stadium.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generate ticket revenue through full season ticket packages, mini-plans, single game suite rentals, and group tickets for the Los Angeles Chargers. 
  • Call past customers and cold-call new sales leads to generate sales.
  • Execute and lead sales presentations, both on SoFi Stadium site and virtually.
  • Work games and events to support ticket sales promotional initiatives.
  • Utilizes company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity.
  • Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service.
  • Recognize future sales opportunities.
  • Create opportunities for new business with existing customers.
  • Pursue prospective customers. 
  • Build rapport with customers.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years professional work experience
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, competitiveness, positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
  • Independently take action beyond what is called for.
  • Must be able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities.
  • Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations.

This is a full time, seasonal role, reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales. $18.50 per hour plus opportunity to earn commission.
