- Generate ticket revenue through full season ticket packages, mini-plans, single game suite rentals, and group tickets for the Los Angeles Chargers.
- Call past customers and cold-call new sales leads to generate sales.
- Execute and lead sales presentations, both on SoFi Stadium site and virtually.
- Work games and events to support ticket sales promotional initiatives.
- Utilizes company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity.
- Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service.
- Recognize future sales opportunities.
- Create opportunities for new business with existing customers.
- Pursue prospective customers.
- Build rapport with customers.
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years professional work experience
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in professional sports.
- Proficiency in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office.
- A high level of professionalism, integrity, competitiveness, positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn.
- A friendly and professional telephone manner
- Effectively express ideas verbally and in writing
- Independently take action beyond what is called for.
- Must be able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities.
- Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations.
This is a full time, seasonal role, reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales. $18.50 per hour plus opportunity to earn commission.
