Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or in person

- Perform system upgrades, installations, and maintenance tasks
- Assist in managing and maintaining IT equipment and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality IT solutions and support services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
