As Associate Lead, you will work alongside a Client Strategy Lead as Sales support and a client point of contact with the Strategy & Insights team, communicating with internal stakeholders and external clients to address and bring evidence to respond to strategic questions. You will assist in discovering data-driven insights and providing recommendations to support business decisions. Continuously improve analytics recommendations Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, and apply them to enhance the team's analytical capabilities and efficiency. What We Need Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in a data-driven role Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Ability to mentor others: Open to mentoring employees at various career levels - helping them to think through the best approach to solving the issue at hand. Desired Qualifications Experience in a data-driven role within sales and client support What You Need to Succeed Business acumen Demonstrated understanding of business operations, pharmaceutical industry dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
