Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Scantibodies Laboratories, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns, ensuring a positive experience and building customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum one to two years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working in a busy customer service environment with moderate stress levels. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
