Description

The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the human resources function. This position is responsible for various administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, and general HR operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:
•Screen and select applicants based on job requirements and qualifications.
•Process new hire paperwork, including I-9 forms, W-4 forms, and other necessary documentation.
•Coordinate onboarding activities, such as scheduling orientation, providing employee handbooks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
•Follow up with department managers to ensure new hires are properly integrated into their teams.

Employee Records Management:
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, and time and attendance records.
•Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

General HR Administration:
•Assist with performance reviews and employee relations matters.
•Process employee terminations and prepare exit paperwork.
•Coordinate employee training and development programs.
•Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.

Qualifications

•2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Google workspace programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
