Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, and more. The ideal candidate will provide direct support to the HR Director and possess a strong background in HR Operations, not recruiting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle employee questions and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage and analyze exit interview data, and work with leaders on headcount budgets and planning.
  • Conduct investigations and attend various meetings, including staff and team meetings, with occasional presentation responsibilities.
  • Support leadership at all levels, including VP-level employees, with HR-related matters.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating employee files and submitting HR tickets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in HR Operations, not recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience in using and manipulating data, and presenting trends to leadership.
  • Experience analyzing datasets and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee issues and provide insightful support to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with conducting investigations and presenting findings in a professional setting.
