  • W2 Contract, 12 Months
  • This is a hybrid role. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite three days per week. Typically, this would be two days onsite in Kennett Square, PA and one day onsite in Coatesville, PA. Mondays and Fridays are generally remote.

Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc. The HR Generalist will provide direct support to the HR Director. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling employee questions and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Managing and analyzing exit interview data, and working with leaders on headcount budgets and planning, including adjustments as necessary.
  • Conducting investigations and attending various meetings, including staff and team meetings, with occasional presentation responsibilities.
  • Supporting leadership at all levels, including VP-level employees, with HR-related matters.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as updating employee files and submitting HR tickets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in HR Operations, not recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience in using and manipulating data, and presenting trends to leadership.
  • Experience analyzing datasets and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to handle complex employee issues and provide insightful support to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with conducting investigations and presenting findings in a professional setting.
