About our Company We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities 1. Distribute daily incoming leads both electronic and via phone to appropriate Sales/Catering Team Members based upon office deployment 2. Redirect Sales related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team 3. Act as a liaison with other departments or functions (Operations, Front Office, F&B, etc.) 4. Provide contractual turnover functions to operations team 5. Assist with customer site inspections with Sales Managers including walking site rooms, inspecting meeting spaces, coordinating VIP experiences pre- and pot site tour 6. Assist the Sales Team with VIP or Group resumes identifying and communicating travelers needs and acting as liaison to ensure all operational and marketing aspects of their stay are met 7. Responsible for planning, managing and communicating any in-house events 8. Distribute BEO packet for events team weekly, distribute revisions of event orders daily 9. Distribute the Daily Events Report to all team members 10. Generate and Distribute Resume Packets for service team 11. Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs 12. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Director of Sales or management of the hotel 13. Assist in any room block changes received from the Director of Revenue after Weekly Pick Up Meeting 14. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service 15. Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs 16. Be familiar with all safety and emergency procedures including OSHA requirements 17. Attend relevant meetings 18. Adhere to all organization policies, procedures, guidelines, as set forth by the human resources.

Knowledge, Requirements and Skills 1. Four-year college degree preferred 2. Must have a minimum three (3) years of experience in hospitality (Sales/Catering Preferred) required or hospitality/hotel management degree 3. Market knowledge and sales experience preferred 4. Strong experience in Group Market preferred with Delphi experience
