Human Resources Business Partner

will partner with leaders to assess, create, and execute human capital solutions that are aligned with business strategy. As an advisor and active partner assigned to business units, the HRBP will provide coaching, guidance and support to leaders and employees related to HR policies and practices, performance management, compliance, employee relations, investigations, employee engagement, diversity/inclusion while ensuring a high level of HR service delivers. In addition, the position will drive, deliver and support organizational-wide strategic initiatives supporting training and development, LMS administration, leadership education, onboarding and other projects. As a key member of our HR team, this position will collaborate with leaders and employees to deliver HR Service and transformational solutions which anticipate, plan and deliver business-focused solutions. Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and at least four (4) years HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, in a fast paced, dynamic hands-on environment. Proven experience in focusing on results to achieve goals, solving problems, and critical decision making. Experience with training, development, adult learning and/or LMS solutions. Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into HR solutions. Experience in merger/acquisitions preferred. S/PHR Certification preferred Excellent communications skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization Excellent keyboard and 10 key skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS software packages Must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be trustworthy and able to maintain the confidentiality of the position Willingness to travel occasionally to other business locations. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.
