We are working with a large global manufacturing client who is seeking a talented HRBP Manager who will be responsible for providing a focused set of human resources activities in the areas of leadership, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement, talent management, change management and communications at a plant level for 1000 employees in three locations.

The HRBP will serve as an influential business partner across their US business in support of business requirements. The HRBP should strive to achieve Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) as an ultimate result. This position will closely collaborate with other pillars of the HR operating model, being HR Regional Partner; HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Operations (OPS).

In short, the HRBP is focused on the organizational design, the business and functional strategies and Talent strategies in the business, partnering with the businesses leaders to develop the high-performance organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; HR-related major preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in a HRBP role
  • 5+ years in manufacturing
  • 3+ years of experience working in a matrix; the fast-paced, complex organization is essential.
  • HRBP with successful track record of delivering HR initiatives/services (demonstrated by improvements in people metrics, cost to serve)
  • Experienced operating as a member of the business leadership team
  • Functional Expertise: Talent Management, HR Operations, Organizational Design; change management; Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations


Target Compensation is $130-$140K + Bonus
