  • They work on a variety of project types ranging from apartment complexes, residential developments, commercial, office buildings, etc.
  • Estimators split their time between the office and field - about 80% office & 20% client/project sites
  • Candidates ideally have experience with Bid2Win or HeavyBid
  • Based out of Denver, CO

  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity to gain the best pricing
  • Review and understand bid scope and requirements thoroughly
  • Reviewing plans, specifications and soils reports
  • Quality takeoffs utilizing Bluebeam
  • Completing bids utilizing Bid2Win software
  • Production reviews with Chief Estimator and Director of Operations
  • Consistently follow up on submitted bids
  • Upon award actively contribute in project pre-planning
  • Attend industry and customer marketing events
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of site utilities/earthwork estimating experience
  • Experience with Bid2Win or related software
  • Must be able to read and understand construction plans, geotechnical reports and specifications
