Position Overview:
Management Recruiters of Raleigh is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to enhance our team. This role involves engaging in various mining initiatives both locally and nationally. A solid grasp of mining operations, emphasizing safety and quality, is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of permit applications and construction documentation for diverse projects, including land development, industrial facilities, and water treatment systems.
2. Create grading and drainage strategies; manage surface water and waste facilities, encompassing collection, transport, storage, and containment; and design site layouts.
3. Model earthwork and stormwater management.
4. Establish quality assurance protocols and ensure adherence with design teams.
5. Support the preparation of construction cost estimates.
6. Conduct infrastructure evaluations/inspections and compile reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting and/or the mining sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
- A proactive individual capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
