DEPARTMENT: Beach Club

**JOB TITLE: Front Desk Attendant**

REPORTS TO: Office Manager

COMPENSATION: Non-exempt (overtime eligible), hourly compensation

BENEFITS: Free meals, free parking, free uniform

**SUMMARY:**

Responsible for managing the front desk and respond to all members requests and emergencies. Duties include supporting all departments, checking lunch guests in / out and respond to all incoming calls.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Welcome and acknowledge all members and guests according to company standards

* Answer phones and provide the proper assistance as needed

* Sell and record weekday and weekend guest passes

* Assist in reservations for Gun Club Restaurant

* Provide information regarding activities and events conducted at the Club

* Assign daily lockers and babysitter passes

* Input chits and member guest fees into Jonas system

* Record all guest names for future references

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS:**

* High School Diploma is Preferred

* Excellent presentation, well groomed and professional

* Personable, excellent customer service skills, ability to interact professionally with members and guests, member recognition and use of their names is critical

* Good understanding of Hotel Management Computer Systems (Jonas or other)

* Ability to communicate with other team members efficiently

* Knowledge of computers, Knowledge of General Accounting, Customer Service, Self-Motivator

* Must be able to sit, stand and exert well paced mobility for up to 8-hours in length

**JOB TITLE: Cocktail Server**

**SUMMARY:**

A Cocktail Server is responsible for serving beverages to guests of the Beach Club while also continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials

Take guest beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system

Retrieve and deliver beverage orders in a timely manner

Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service

Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations

**EDUCATION & SKILLS:**

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* **All Cocktail Waitresses who serve alcoholic beverages need to be at a minimum 18 years old to meet NYS Minor Law Guidelines.**

* Frequent standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
