  • Provide top-notch service to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Upsell and promote our beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and other drinks.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt service and minimizing wait times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of fine dining service standards and protocols.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
