Senior Sales Manager - Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc Mission: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc. Lead the Sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships to drive sales growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.

Main responsibilities: 1. Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to maximize revenue generation and market penetration. 2. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the sales team, including setting clear goals, providing ongoing training and development, and fostering a high-performance culture. 3. Revenue Generation: Drive the achievement of revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients. 4. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth. 6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management review. Use insights gained to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and seamless execution of client engagements. 8. Main requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English, both written and spoken Ability to be based in either Phu Quoc or Ho Chi Minh City depending on business needs and operational requirements.
