About the team The GTM Enterprise Applications team’s mission is to drive a coherent, integrated backbone of supporting software systems that is architected for growth, efficiency, and scale. The team is responsible for the overall global information strategy including systems design, architecture, and roadmap. The Enterprise Applications team is an agile organization which helps improve company efficiency and support strategic business initiatives in partnership with its respective business stakeholders

What You Will Do Manage Sales technology projects and related impacts on GTM systems: developing requirements, designing functional solutions and prototypes, & testing. Ensure projects are completed with agreed upon scope, on time, within budget. Collaborate with business partners to establish and document user stories, current and desired business processes, and functional requirements. Deep experience in Solution design of Campaign to Opportunity processes, Lead Generation and Management, Campaign attribution tracking. Advance understanding of Salesforce Flow automations and its capabilities, and related setup configuration with clear vision on how to design solutions for complex business use cases. Effectively convey business requirements to technical teams to facilitate custom development and testing. Contribute to cross-functional projects involving technical development, including Salesforce integration with native or 3rd party applications. Foster collaboration with internal Business Systems Analysts to review and identify overlaps in requirements internally with other BSA’s, and propose relevant technical solutions. Be a trusted advisor and consultant to the Marketing department and make recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to make processes and workflows more efficient and automated. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to business value through the life of the projects. Assisting with the elaboration of epics, themes, and features into user stories that are small enough, or granular enough, to be achieved in a single sprint. Participating in Daily scrum, sprint planning meetings, reveals, and retrospectives – inspecting the product progress at the end of every sprint to accept or reject the work that has been done by the team Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise by presenting tailored solutions to solve complex business requirements on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem Create and maintain detailed technical documentation based on design specifications. Take ownership of functional tasks and deliverables for the Salesforce Sales Cloud application, encompassing areas such as testing, training, reporting, support, and ongoing enhancements. Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions. Providing support for production issues, including fixes across platforms and on-call responsibilities working with the production support team to ensure 24x7 availability of production systems.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 3 years of Salesforce Sales and/or Marketing Cloud experience. Proficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench and Excel to support data analysis & quality initiatives. Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) Passion for creating a frictionless end-user experience Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, ecosystem and best-practices
