Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as the VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate Affinity, located in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The VP of Mortgage Lending will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mortgage lending operations, including business development, customer service, and ensuring compliance with mortgage industry regulations. The role involves working with Coldwell Banker professionals, building relationships with CB agents and clients, and driving business growth. Qualifications Experience in the mortgage industry and mortgage lending Strong customer service skills Knowledge of underwriting and mortgage industry regulations Excellent leadership and management abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in mortgage lending software and systems Ability to work independently and in a team Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in mortgage operations, mortgage origination, knowledge of mortgage products and programs, and a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
