We are is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Pay:

$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quality and response times.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, procedures, and new initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
