Our team members operate with a high degree of empathy for our customers and each other.What You'll Do:Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative wayManage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycleQualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting for mid-market and some enterprise organizationsProspect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnelResearch accounts, identify key players and build relationshipsDemonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain pointsMaintain and expand your list of assigned prospects while generating pipeline for the businessWhat You'll Need: 2+ years of sales experienceSalesforce experience requiredProven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goalsEffective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizationsExperience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospectingUnderstanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectivelyPositive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goalsProven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messagingDemonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcomeMaintain and expand your list of assigned prospectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving passion and service orientationShow independence and flexibility in dealing with change managementAbility to execute on programs and projects with minimal resourcesComposed, poised and professional demeanor in all situationsStrong problem-solving and service orientationWhat You'll Need:Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goalsCompetitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeedAn Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situationsProven ability to build positive relationships and influence.
