Responsibilities:

The Digital Ads Specialist will:

  • Develop and implement digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic display
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, audience targeting, and bid management
  • Track and report on digital ad metrics, including impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, and return on ad spend
  • Plan and execute strategic webinar programs to educate prospects and generate qualified leads
  • Identify relevant topics, source internal and external speakers, and develop webinar content
  • Promote webinars through email, ads, social media, and other channels
  • Manage the webinar hosting platform, registration process, live delivery, and post-event follow-up
  • Analyze webinar metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, lead capture, and sales pipeline impact
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Paid Media, and/or Webinar / Event Marketing
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Creative skills for developing engaging ad Copy and Content.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Social Media ads, Marketing Automation, and Webinar platforms
  • Proven skills in Project Management
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
