If you share our passion for motorcycles, then come join us by rolling on the throttleOur Woodstock KTM/Triumph dealership is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the team.Responsibilities1. Support Sales Department OperationsSupport the General Sales Manager (GSM) to ensure all operations of new and pre-owned vehicles.Assist with ensuring the sales department contributes an acceptable level of gross and net profit margins.Support the GSM in sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and used vehicles.Help maintain established procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork.2. Customer ServiceProvide prompt, dependable, high-quality vehicle sales to customers using current proactive feature benefit sales techniques.Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy.Ensure cross-sales of P&A, financing, general merchandise, warranties, insurance products, and services.3. ManagementSupport the GSM in maintaining sales follow-up programs.Maintain efficiency reports on sales associates.Assist with providing reports to GM / Director of Sales as requested.Attend training sessions to keep current with sales department issues.4. Supervisory Assist with departmental work schedule, balancing the workload of all employees.Train Sales Associates to use consistent and current sales methodologies.Support GSM with employee performance (evaluate and counsel) and assist with conducting performance reviews in a timely manner.Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees according to company policy and procedure.RequirementsMust have the ability to get along with a broad customer base.Knowledge and/or experience in sales of KTM/Triumph motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.Proactive and self-controlled work ethic; Self-started.Proficient with CRMs and other related systems.Good organizational and excellent time management skills.Exceptional people skills & rapport buildingExperience with Inventory management requiredAble to achieve sales quotas.Excellent closing skills.BenefitsHealth PlanDental PlanVision PlanLife Insurance401k Plan with company matchPaid Time OffBusiness casual dress codeA fun environmentWhat we live by:We welcome all to come as they areWe believe life is best lived on two wheelsWe walk in the boots of those we serveWe find our strength in unityWe fight the good fight alwaysWindy City Motorcycle Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
