**Woodstock KTM - Triumph **Is looking for a **Bike Sales Specialist** who will provide a legendary customer service experience for all customers.

**Duties Include**:

- Maintain an accurate customer database utilizing CRM
- Maintain a working knowledge of the products available
- Adhere to all compliance procedures
- Greet customers entering the sales department
- Present products to customers
- Demo products (Test Ride, Push Outside, and Start Weather Permitting, Sit on)
- Follow sales process
- Answer phones
- Follow up with every floor prospect within 24 hours of the visit
- Follow up with every owner within 48 hours of purchase and every 180 days after that
- Follow up internet leads immediately (same day) as well as every 24hrs after that until complete
- Maintain acceptable CSI scores
- Promote store activities to in-store prospects and through follow-up calls
- Call customers, update CRM, research products, or clean displays
- Set and maintain a presentable indoor and outdoor product display
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Other duties as described by management when needed.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
